Cancellation Policy

Please contact salon no later than 1 day before services are to start to cancel. If there is no contact, client will be charged a cancellation fee=$20. If client is more than 15 minutes late (grace period is within 15 minutes after session scheduled time) client will be charged a late fee=$15. The cancellation fee will be charged if client does not cancel within 24 hours prior to service date. If there is no contact by client after 15 minutes of being late, the appointment will automatically be canceled.
